I was booked a ticket from Cumbum to Bangalore. They mention that the Bus departure time was 5:15pm, board at 4:45pm.
Usually I board at 4:50pm, but I was bit late on the day. At 5:05pm I was reached the boarding point and went to the office to verify the ticket. The Office incharge told me that today the bus came early so left already. I was shouted the guy without updating the passenger how did you move the bus before 5:15pm, if you do like this customers will refuse your travels.
He was very cool and told me that we were not depending on customers and we are getting good profit on Parcel service. For a single trip without passengers we are earning good profit in Parcel service.
Since 2005, I have been a relationship with KPN travels. I used to travel from Bangalore to Madurai, Chennai and Coimbatore, frequently travel to Cumbum.Approximately 70 times I travelled in KPN buses
For the last 5 years. Not even a single time the buses did not on board the pickup point.
I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Cumbum by KPN travels. On my ticket they mentioned the bus Departure time at 6:30pm and the boarding time is 6:00pm.I was hurried to reach a Bommanahalli KPN office at 6:20pm and showed my ticket to the help desk.He told me that the bus will come at between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. I asked the person if the bus will come at 7:30pm better you can mention the Departure time is 7:30pm and board at 7:00pm. He was not listen my words and busy with the computer (Knowing People Needs)
Finally the bus came at 7:40pm and started from Bangalore at 7:55pm. I was waiting one and half hours.
The Bus reached Salem KPN office at midnight 12. This bus seat arrangement is 2+1.
One lady was sitting in single seat on the first row. One gentleman came and claims that the first seat is booked for him. Actually that’s correct, the first seat is for him only. But the lady politely requested him to back and sit her seat because there was a male sitting next to her. But He was not accepted and complained to the driver.
The driver was shouting her like anything. “Go and sit your allocated seat or get down from the bus”
The lady was asking the driver that if you could tell me this at Bangalore I could have got down, you were accepted at Bangalore office to occupy the first seat, at midnight asking me to get down from the bus. The driver was very angry and raising his finger asking her to get down or and sit with the guy in a rash words (Knowing People Needs).
I was sitting in a single seat, then I asked that lady to use my seat, I was occupied her seat which is next to the guy. During this argument no one came from Salem KPN office.
If I was late the driver might beat the lady and push her out
Is this the way to treat their customers? Better they can change the travel name……
